All the machines installed at our 3 factories are efficiently handled by a expert team, who maintain them perfectly to meet the bulk orders of our clients within a short notice period. Being a technology driven organization, we tend to incessantly improve and upgrade these machines so that we can effectively fabricate excellent quality hardware products within least possible time and cost. Further, this state-of-the-art infrastructure enables us to produce the 60,000 pairs per month as well as to meet the customized orders of our clients.

 Free Sample Facility We possess a sampling unit, which facilitates our clients to check the prototype before the final product. We offer the clients facility to test our product sample in advance before placing an order with us. These samples are prepared for each order received and then sent free of cost to the clients. We proceed with the bulk production, only when the prototype is cleared by the client. This sampling policy assist us in catering to the fiercely competitive market and at the same time successfully etching a remarkable place in the market.

 Our Transportation Facility In addition to the qualitative manufacturing of our hardware products, we also ensure that our products are transported to the clients' site with absolute safety for their complete convenience. For this purpose, we have in-house transportation facilities for local supply. Further, we have strong tie-up with leading C&F agents, which enable us to deliver consignments to the clients within stipulated time frame. These agents ensure the prompt delivery to the respective destination because of utilizing fast moving vehicles. The on-time delivery of our products provide us competitive edge over other manufacturers available in the markets.

 Our Manufacturing Process We follow a well maintained methodology to make sure that all the procedures involved in our entire manufacturing unit are undertaken by our personnel putting in their best possible efforts. In order to efficiently handle the manufacturing process, we have segregated out unit in diverse departments, where all the processes are undertaken in a systematic manner.
Different stages involved in our work process include :
Tool room
Our tool room is well equipped with different latest tools including Milling Machines, Surface Grinder, Lathe Machine, EDM etc.
Production Department
Different operations required during production are carefully handled in this production department.
Casting/Forging Department
We possess Hot Stamping (Brass Forging) facility along with Electrophoretic Lacquer. We also have Zinc Pressure Die casting Facility for Zamac products. This department boasts of several equipment of latest casting technology.
Polishing Department
After the production, all the products are polished by competent workers.
Lacquering Department
We use Electrostatic & Electroporetic Process of lacquering on products.
Packaging Department
For the safety & sound delivery of our finished products, we lay prime emphasis on their packaging. Our packaging personnel pack the products in standard packing using white corrugated box for packing and master carton of Grey color duly suitable for seaworthy packing. In addition to colored window boxes, we also use skin and blister packing. Further, we also pack our products in accordance with clients' requirements.
Labeling Department
In this department, products are stick with labels. We also entertain the clients' specifications for private labeling.
Inspection Department
We dispatch the finished goods only after the final Inspection, which is meticulously done by our competent technicians. |

 Our Warehousing Facility We have safe and sound warehouse unit, where all the finished goods waiting for shipment are stored properly. This warehouse is fitted with fire alarm & burglar alarm to safeguard the stocked products. Moreover, it is also well equipped with other allied amenities for the safe handling of finished products.
The entire warehouse is internally divided into different sections in order to store the hardware products on the basis of different metals, designs, finishes and other aspects, which ultimately help our workforce to retrieve them whenever consignment is sent to the clients destination. |
