Quality Initiatives

Since establishment, quality has been the nucleus of all our efforts and we take necessary steps to make sure that all of our hardware products comply to the highest standards of quality. Our Quality Control & Assurance (QC&A) Division implements stringent quality measures in every aspect of our work proceedings, which starts right from the procurement of raw materials and persists up to the final shipment of products. Our hardware products are tested in Government Recognized Laboratory for 200 hours salt-spray. Further, each and every product in our factory has to pass through different tests to ascertain their compliance with following parameters, • Dimensional accuracy • Resistance to heat & Corrosion • Rigidity & Toughness • Durability • Technical accuracy Each of the test takes place under the close observation of our experienced quality personnel. Adhering to our quality standard, we make sure that no substandard product should be dispatched to clients. As a consequence of up keeping the quality of our products, we have also received the ISO 9001:2000 certification by International Accreditation Body - UKAS/NABCB.

 Research and Development Department Research and development process plays a crucial role in our organization, as it assist us to explore new avenues, set new dimensions and attain more in all aspects. Our R&D wing is manned by highly qualified and expert professionals, who carry out creative and systematic research work for:
• Developing new products & process
• Improving the efficiency of existing processes.
• Developing process controls for better quality in production.
• Developing new analytical methods for process control.
We earmark a big chunk of revenue for this wing to allow smooth & extensive research without any hamper. |
